I did not buy my filter from Waven. Do you still service it?
Yes! We install, maintain and repair any brand of softener, whole-house filter or reverse osmosis system.
What is included in Waven Care?
For $25/month: salt refills every month, monthly chlorine and hardness tests, system inspection and a full salt tank cleaning every 3 months. No contract — cancel anytime.
Do you offer financing for installation?
Chat with us on WhatsApp — we create terms based on the system and your case.
Do I need to be home for Waven Care visits?
Most of the time, no. If the system is in a garage or outdoor area, you receive photos and the test result by WhatsApp.
How soon can you install?
After the quote is approved, we typically schedule installation for the same week.
